In May, our Technical Support Team Leader from Germany, Christoph Schweizer, visited one of customers in Nigeria to carry out a comprehensive workflow check.
What a Workflow Check Means
A workflow check is a detailed walk-through of the entire work process, from the initial sales phase to final installation.
By reviewing each step, we gain a complete overview of which Palette CAD products can be used most effectively in the company and how they can be integrated into existing processes.
Together with the customer, we examine the individual stages of their workflow and evaluate the different functionalities Palette CAD offers. If extension modules were already in use, their configuration is checked and optimized on site. This makes it possible to identify process steps that are not yet perfectly aligned with a continuous digital workflow.
Once the data is collected, optimization ideas are discussed directly on site. The sequence of improvements is especially important, often even more than the timing, ensuring a clear, structured approach that leads to lasting results.
Clear Steps Toward Digital Optimization
Thanks to personal consultations and an in-depth analysis of their processes, we were able to define clear optimization steps together. These changes are already resulting in noticeably improved efficiency in both planning and production.
Digital Standards That Work Worldwide
Digitalization thrives on strong standards, and the beauty of Palette CAD is that these standards can be easily adapted anywhere in the world. Our structured processes are flexible enough to meet local requirements while still ensuring a reliable and efficient foundation for planning and manufacturing.
This successful workflow check in Nigeria demonstrates once again how powerful the combination of expert support, local collaboration, and smart digital tools can be.
